FuN iN tHe SuN!!!

The countdown has begun! I only have 7 days left of this school year and I cannot wait for summer vacation to start! We are having our end of the year celebration on Friday which is usually the last day for many of my kids.  Having three days off this past weekend was such a tease!  It was so nice to have Monday off to relax and spend some time enjoying the beautiful weather!  Over the weekend I created some fun stuff for the end of the school year.  I know for me the last few weeks get crazy and I am always searching for things to keep my students occupied!  I created a memory book unit as well as a fun in the sun unit that has different math activities, creative writing prompts, and a paper tear fish craft!  You can head over to my TPT store to check them out! 

Summer Bucket List!

I have so many things I want to accomplish this summer I don't even know where to start!

The first thing I want to do this summer is add a lot more goodies to my TPT store!  I just started blogging last week as well as posting things to my TPT store!  I have so much work to do but I am really looking forward to it. If your interested check out my TPT store and tell me what you think!  I always love feedback!

  

The second thing on my bucket list is to decorate my new house!  My husband and I built our very first house this past year and moved in March 7th!  I have done some decorating but I still have SO much left to do!  My goal for the summer is to take some time to go shopping and decorate as much as I can!

 

(This was right when we moved in... I have added some flowers and the grass is finally green!)

The third thing on my bucket list this summer is to spend time with my family and friends.  Almost all of my family is in New England so I don't get to see them often.  My husband and I have planned a trip up north in July and we will spend a whole week visiting and catching up with everyone!  I also plan on making a trip to Disney with my husband in less then 2 weeks to spend time with my best friend and to celebrate our 1 year anniversary!  

  

 I have a lot to accomplish in just 9 weeks but I am ready for summer and to get started on my bucket list!  

I can't wait to see what every else has on their bucket list!!   

Five for Friday

My number one this week is my new blog!  I am so excited that it is up and running and I couldn't have done it without the amazing Alicia from Dreamlike Magic! 

My number two this week is that I signed up for my first half marathon!  I am very excited but very nervous at the same time!  The best part about it though is that I will be running in the most magical place on earth!  DISNEY WORLD!!!!

My number three this week is I just found out my best friend will be coming up to visit me in 2 weeks!  I haven't seen her since August and I cannot wait!!!

 

Number four for me this week has to the unit I did on dinosaurs with my kids!  They LOVED every minute of it and it makes me so happy when my kids get excited to learn something new!

Number five this week are my pets or as I call them my children!  I can't imagine coming home from a long day of teaching and not having these crazy babies to talk to! Yes, I talk to my animal :)
